I must be on a roll, because another of my photos has won a photo competition! This time it’s Sheffield Uni’s Mechanical Engineering Department’s and as you can see above, its proudly on display in the department’s main corridor. The competition theme was ‘movement’, so I chose this Mad Max-style image of a spinning wind turbine providing electricity to a mechanics workshop in the Peruvian coastal desert region on the Panamericana highway.
